Alternative Route to Certification – Stud

Welcome to the Student Assessment and Reporting System (SARS) for the Alternate Route to Certification program.

Instructions for ARC Students

To get started with this system an account has been created using your email address on file with the ARC office. Your password is set as the four digits of your Social Security Number, which is also on file, with the ARC office. After logging in you will be directed to a screen displaying a list of completed evaluations. You can also access “Edit Account Information” to change your Account Name and Password for logins.

Step 1; By clicking on “View Evaluation ” you can review the completed evaluation form.

Step 2; To add your comments click on the “Add Comments” link. Remember to save all data by clicking on the “Save Data” button at the end of the form.

Step 3; Feel free to view add comments and print evaluations whenever needed.

Step 4; Once you have completed adding comments click on the Electronic Filing button. This action will generate your signature on the document.
After the program is completed it is advisable to print any documents since access to the system will no longer be available.

If you have any inquiries regarding this system please reach out to the ARC Office for guidance.

Please keep in mind that it’s important to save your work preferably every 15 17 minutes. Additionally remaining on a screen and typing for more, than 20 minutes without saving won’t count as being active. To ensure you don’t lose any information make sure to save your data
