The Office of Higher Education safeguards the interests of students and prospective students attending occupational schools hospital based schools and cosmetology/barber/hairdresser schools in Connecticut. These educational institutions are granted permission to operate in Connecticut by the Executive Director of the Office of Higher Education after meeting all requirements.
