If you have completed a bachelor’s degree, or any collegiate education outside of the United States, your credentials must be evaluated on a course-by-course basis by an agency approved by the Connecticut State Department of Education. Request an application for a transcript evaluation. When completing the application, request the “Course-by-Course Evaluation Report.” On the application form, direct that one copy of your evaluation be mailed directly to the ARC Program, Connecticut Office of Financial & Academic Affairs for Higher Education, 61 Woodland Street, Hartford, CT 06105-2326. ARC must receive an official copy directly from the agency.
